Get(-e)xcited for the internship? Imagine to learn and work in a driven team of twelve colleagues who help eachother out to be the best of our competitors. We trust you to be the first point of contact for our suppliers. With your analytical skills (using Excel) you assess the needs of the suppliers to build a long term business relation. You will learn how to do this by asking questions, communicate clearly and show empathy.
As an Account Manager intern
You will manage a portfolio of destinations within a region. You will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers, effective contracting and negotiation, ongoing capacity and availability checks, report on performance (client feedback & NPS score) and financial performance (margins & yielding).
But on top of everything else, you work closely with the Operations and Sales department for a smooth process of our services between suppliers and our platform.
Together with 12 ambitious and eager colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our suppliers. You use your great communication and analytical skills to assess the needs of the suppliers and build on a long term business relation. You ask questions, communicate clearly, show empathy but as well have great negotiation skills to get the job done. You have a proactive entrepreneurial mindset to increase our services and revenue. Because we are a young and ambitious company you show ownership and bring in ideas to improve our business.
Your main responsibilities are;
- Creating a supplier portfolio and growing our partners through outbound prospecting, acquisition of new suppliers and other relevant activities.
- Building a strong cooperation with the suppliers to increase supplier performance.
- Supplier contracting and setting up effective KPI’s.
- Develop, implement and support all activities regarding the supplier portfolio
- Analyse conversions, turnover time & other data to improve the onboarding & funnel management process.
- Collect market intelligence regarding suppliers and supplier management
